Bargello - Flo Apartments

Our host really helped us get our bearings as first-time visitors, sharing local advice and making us feel comfortable exploring Florence and the area around it. Getting into the city centre was easy, and the location made a great starting point for seeing the city. He also made arrival after a long journey much less stressful by letting us drop off our bags early. Communication was warm and easy throughout, and he was accommodating from the start. We loved our stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend this place for a Florence visit!

A real haven from the noise of the city. The apartment is just outside the centre, so it was easy to walk to the main sights, then come back somewhere quieter. The hosts were fab, and the whole stay was outstanding. Inside, everything felt fresh and clean. The bedrooms were spacious and airy, and the separate kitchen had a table and chairs. We ate one dinner there and had breakfast there every day. Getting in and finding the apartment was straightforward once we'd received the codes and directions. Tremendous place, highly recommend. Book it, you won't regret it.

Entry was simple, with clear instructions. This charming place sits in Florence's historic heart and makes a great base for exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment is well appointed.

What stood out most was how much they cared about customer service. That's something I find very rare to come across in Italy, and I really appreciated it. They were detailed and informative, too.
