Beppe made everything easy, from check-in to sharing good local recommendations. The apartment was clean and charming, and we loved being right in the middle of Florence, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We'd happily stay at Bronze Horse again.

My sister and I booked three nights for our Florence trip at the end of May, but we left that first night at 11 pm to look for somewhere else. I didn't feel safe there after the owner yelled at us when we couldn't follow his check-in directions. He hadn't greeted us, and the way he spoke to us was really unprofessional. No other hotel was open, except one where an older owner was kind enough to let us book a night. Awful stay. I wish I could give less than one star.

I had to cancel my booking because of personal issues, and they kindly helped me do it in line with the cancellation policies. I hadn't expected such an understanding response. I chose this apartment right away while looking for somewhere in Florence, and I'll book here next time.

Guiseppe was warm and friendly, and everything was clean. The rooms are small but nice for a city break. There was a bit of noise at night, though that comes with being so well located. No elevator, but we'd still come back :)

It smelled really bad, and the owner threatened to call the police because we had a kid. Horrible.
