We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, and the service was great. We loved BSJ15 in Oltrarno: the area had plenty of people around but felt less crowded. Our room was comfy and looked out over Borgo San Jacopo. There's no lift in this beautiful old building, which didn't bother us with small bags, but large, heavy ones would mean carrying them up several flights. We'd stay again.

As a solo traveler, I had a brilliant room: very clean, simply designed, with good lighting. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and not too soft, which so many hotels and airbnbs get wrong. 10/10! Sabrina was really helpful with any questions and was happy to help if I needed a taxi.

We loved this place, especially the mattress and pillows. You can tell they're something special! The location was more than perfect, and the parking next door was handy. Staff were very polite, and having an ironing board and iron in the wardrobe was useful. Our stay was perfect!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and easy to work with, with staff happy to accommodate us. The bed was by far the most comfortable of our two weeks in Italy.

We could walk to Ponte Vecchio in about four minutes, and the station was roughly 16 minutes away on foot. With plenty of good cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, it made a handy spot for exploring Florence. Our room was modern and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The roomy shower had strong water pressure, too. Our host welcomed us warmly and made everything easy. A really enjoyable stay.
