c-hotels Club

The breakfast was nearly fabulous, with crisp croissants, tasty eggs and a relaxed atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets felt smooth and soft. It's also so convenient to the train station and excellent value. I've got about 750k points with another major brand, but I'd still stay here again.

I stayed at c-hotel club in june 2024, and the location made getting around so easy, especially with Santa Maria Novella station so close by. My room was spotless, and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel has a chic, modern design, and breakfast had lots of fresh options. The staff were helpful with recommendations too. I'd definitely recommend it for a visit to the city.

The little store right beside the hotel was handy for anything we needed. We also had breakfast there at least once, and it was so good. My husband and I stayed this past week and had a great experience. The location made it easy to walk from the train station to just about anywhere. We'd book again.

The location was ideal for the places we wanted to visit, right beside the train station and close to local bars, restaurants and shops. We felt safe walking around, though less so near the station itself. The workers were very nice, and the small elevator served the different floors. The hotel was in poor shape, unfortunately, and felt moldy and dusty. I wouldn't recommend it.
