We found Ms. Beatrice both very kind and professional. She answered our questions and gave useful suggestions for the things we needed. The apartment was impressively quiet when we stayed a few weeks ago, and its central location made it easy to see Florence on foot. The old San Frediano neighborhood has a lovely, authentic feel. Highly recommended.
