For a budget stay in central Florence, it’d be hard to find a better room at this price. The room was clean, the shared bathroom was nice, and there was a great kitchen. I also loved the courtyard garden. Roberta was a lovely hostess. The location was handy for the train station and piazza S M Novella, with the Arno and the duomo a short walk away.

Casa Corsi is just a couple of minutes on foot from the main train station, so I was able to explore the city and shop on foot. My room was so quiet that after a full day out, I slept longer than usual. Roberta contacted me the day before and was there when I arrived, right when I said I’d get in. I could leave my luggage there on checkout and collect it on my way to the station later. I had time to wait before my train, so I sat in the garden and used the fast wifi. I really enjoyed my one-night stay and would recommend these rooms. Thanks, Roberta!

The bathroom is shared, and the conditions are very basic, to put it mildly. The wifi signal doesn’t reach well and wasn’t working for me. At this price, you could easily find a better option in Rome, but somehow not in Florence.

The owner was friendly and went out of her way to make us comfortable. The accommodation is excellent and very close to Santa Maria Novella Train Station, Firenze. Highly recommended.
