The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, and Anna made us feel welcome from the start with delicious cookies, a bottle of wine, and two tram tickets. She even offered to send a T-shirt we left behind to us in another country. We wished we could have stayed longer. It’s two blocks from tramway T2, which reaches the city center and central station directly in five minutes. The apartment is spacious, with everything from kitchen equipment to bedroom basics. Anna also left personal-use products, which was a thoughtful touch, and the bed was big and very comfortable. Thanks for the coffee capsules too, the coffee was delicious. Everything was so clean, even the personal items were in their bags. Anna left products and coins for the laundromat a block away.

Anna was the sweetest, most thoughtful and caring hostess, grazie mille again! The apartment was clean, cozy, and spacious, with everything you need and more. Great location too, about a 20-minute walk to the city center or under 10 minutes by tram. The stop is a 5-minute walk away, and trams run every 5 minutes.

Taiwanese travelers really don’t need to hesitate, just book your stay! Anna is the first B&B owner I’ve stayed with anywhere in the world who made me want to leave a review. She was warm and thoughtful, and even included Traditional Chinese in her city guide. Thank you so much, Anna, for making our time in Florence so wonderful ♥️
