The hotel has an eclectic feel, especially in reception, where there are all sorts of interesting lamps. The rooms have sturdy wooden furniture, and the wall paintings range from buildings to furniture. Everything was very clean and check-in was easy. It's in a great Florence location, with everything within walking distance. There's even a laundromat nearby, handy for people travelling for a long time.

There’s a laundry just around the corner, and the main sights are easy to reach on foot. The place itself was nice and clean.

The rooms are cozy and have the basic services you need. It’s also not far from the city center.

My confirmed reservation, made a month earlier, was canceled on the day I was due to arrive. I’d stay away.

Getting around was easy on foot, including trips to the Duomo and the Vecchio. The hotel has a very classic look, with old wooden furniture throughout, and I thought it was beautiful. The girl who helped us was really friendly. One thing that unsettled me, though, was a young man, who seemed to be one of the owners, walking around the hotel in a towel all day. He even lay in one of the rooms wearing just a towel, with the door open. At times it felt like being in a horror movie.
