Cerretani Hotel Firenze - MGallery Collection

When I left my wallet in the safe by mistake, manager Alessandro emailed me promptly and arranged the return shipment himself. It arrived with everything still inside. He really went above and beyond, and the service was outstanding. The hotel is also in a great spot, close to everything, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend it.

Alberto at reception made our stay feel personal from the moment we arrived. He was warm, professional, attentive, and seemed to think ahead about what we might need. He arranged valet service smoothly, always greeted us with a smile, and even had a parcel I’d sent to the hotel brought to me as soon as I checked in, without my asking. The room was very spacious and beautifully appointed, a lovely place to unwind after exploring. The hotel is refined and peaceful, right in central Florence, with the Duomo, shops, restaurants, and historic streets an easy walk away. We stayed at 11 hotels across Europe in three weeks, and Cerretani was our favorite. The people are what make a place memorable, and Alberto made this one special. We’ll definitely come back.

The one thing that let the stay down a little was the shower, where the water pressure was disappointingly slow. Otherwise, I found the room very comfortable, clean, and well looked after. The housekeeping team were consistently polite and attentive, and the hotel’s location made local attractions easy to reach. I’d highly recommend it for the convenient location and service.

The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Everyone on staff was so kind and sincere. The location’s great too, you can walk everywhere, even with a stroller. I’d recommend it anytime.
