The service was the best part of our stay, honestly the most amazing we’ve ever had, even compared with top hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are wonderful and the location is perfect too. The rooms are a bit unusual, but the breakfast is great. If you book a room with a balcony, be ready for concerts every night. There’s guitar and classical music, so if that kind of noise bothers you, find somewhere else. For us it felt magical, a real blessing. The price is somewhere between cheap and expensive. If you’ve made it this far, this could be your Florence stop.

You get a great view of the Duomo right out the window, yet the room stays quiet at night. Breakfast was wonderful and brought right to the room each morning. Great location and service.
