The apartment's location is the one thing I can praise. The place itself was filthy when we arrived, with hair and dirt everywhere, and clearly hasn't been maintained: a broken kitchen cabinet, water-damaged walls, torn curtains, insect eggs on the ceiling, and old, smelly furniture. Some plugs didn't work, and there was only one outlet in the kitchen. The website made it look like a first-rate place with superb service, but that wasn't our experience at all. It was presented as very nice, even though it was run down, and there was construction every day. We also had no internet. I tried to resolve these issues and ended up disputing the charges. Sayed, Alessio, Laura, and Sylvia each said they'd get back to me, but I got passed between different people and received different responses without getting anywhere. The management and Apartment Florence were far from customer-friendly.
