The room was nice, breakfast was fine, and the location in beautiful Firenze was perfect. We spent two days here and came away with a good impression. Getting started was a little difficult, but we worked through the initial misunderstandings. I’d have no problem staying here again.

The room was dirty, and the property wouldn’t replace the towels. After I posted a negative review on Booking.com, the property sent me a threatening message late at night. That’s completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise against staying here. P.s. They accused me of “theft” for using water and coffee that had been explicitly offered for free in a shared area. That was completely inappropriate. The offensive language in their reply to guest feedback only confirms how negative our stay was.

The hotel delivers what it promises and offers good value for the money. Its location is the main highlight. The staff were friendly, breakfast was provided, and check-in and check-out were easy. Communication with the staff was good as well.

Nina was a wonderful host, and the location right in the heart of the city was perfect, just 10 minutes from the train station. The breakfast was delicious. 10/10, would recommend.

Communication with the host was unpleasant and very unprofessional, so I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s disappointing that the public reply was just as unprofessional, confirming the poor attitude I’d experienced in private. My review reflects our communication before any stay took place. Respectful, professional communication matters in hospitality.
