Such a great apartment, in a good location. The rooms were clean, the kitchen fully functional, and the host was wonderful and looked after the guests 🥰

I had to cancel my entire Italy trip a week before leaving because of a serious illness. This was the only place that offered no kind of refund. They also marked me as a no show and charged the city taxes. I can’t say how the rooms are, but the people running it seem to have no empathy.

The landlord was kind and very helpful on my first visit to Florence. The room was simple and cozy, and close to all the main tourist spots. I’d recommend it for a short vacation.

The host managed to meet all our needs. We had a great experience, with a convenient location, clean rooms, a kitchen, and brand new floors. I recommend it.

A magical location, and the best vacation rental I could have asked for. Everything was excellent, especially the extremely friendly staff who were ready to help with any need. On my next trip to Florence, this will definitely be my temporary home. A big hug to the owner and all the staff.
