Great location, but I wish we’d known about the lack of professionalism before booking. Even though we’d booked and contacted the host the day before, she said she hadn’t received payment and asked us to send our credit card number by text. It seemed like a scam, and hours of our vacation were wasted. Later, a loud argument in the hallway woke us up. It was another check-in problem like ours, being discussed over the phone with the host. The noise went well past 10 PM, and the host seemed indifferent to it. Our room was outdated, and finding leftovers in the fridge was disgusting. Disappointing, amateurish management.

Check-in was a problem. We had one address, but after trying to contact them for a while, we were directed to another place. Carrying our luggage from the terminal to one location and then on to the new one was a pretty bad start. The WiFi wasn’t great either. It’s okay for a short stay.

A very good location, and the comfort, cleanliness, and quiet made for unforgettable days in Florence.

The room’s two levels made for an interesting interior, and the location was convenient. But the air conditioning didn’t work, and it was so hot on the 16th floor that sleeping was difficult. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable too.

We found the apartment very clean, with friendly staff and a wonderful location. It also has air conditioning. Just be aware that during peak season the nearby restaurants can make it noisy.
