Elena was a wonderful host. She was friendly and incredibly helpful, and handled every request within minutes, even small ones, from our late arrival to ordering a cab. Grazie mille, Elena. We felt completely at home and very comfortable. The apartment is tastefully furnished, spotless and in a top location. It's right in the lively old town, but still very quiet. It's a lovely base for exploring Firenze and beautiful Tuscany, and we'll definitely return. We'd be grateful to stay with Elena again. To sum it up: Elena, grazie mille e arrivederci!

The place is marvelous, close to everything, and Elena was so helpful. We felt at home and would definitely stay again. Just know it's on the second floor and there's no elevator.

They cancelled our booking three days beforehand. The service on Airbnb was awful. Ridiculous, wouldn't recommend it at all.

I had a terrible experience during my three-day Florence trip. Don't trust the photos. The service was nonexistent, and we were left waiting in the street for the keys. The manager who welcomed us turned off the hot water, so my mother and the four of us children had to wash in freezing water for a day. There were lots of insects in the bed and on the pillows. The bedroom mirror was dirty, and the TV didn't work. My stay in this apartment was awful. Luca
