Great apartment, just a short distance from Florence's center.

We came back on the third day of our three-night stay to find the door forced and the apartment emptied. Jewelry, clothes, and other things had been stolen. It was a terrifying experience, especially since we'd noticed the poor security as soon as we arrived. Anyone could open the building's entrance by pressing the outside intercom, and the apartment door couldn't be double-locked from outside. The inside lock didn't work properly either. When we called the owner to report the burglary, he was no help at all. He told us to sleep with the lock broken and the door open. The apartment is fairly central in Florence, but I can't recommend staying there if you care about your safety or belongings.

The apartment is quite large and well placed for getting around Florence. It has two double bedrooms with 150 beds, heating, and what you need to cook. My one drawback was the tiny bathroom, which could use some shelves. Apart from that, all was good.

A minute from the Cathedral, and really convenient for getting around. The place is well equipped, and the manager is very friendly, replies right away, and clears up any questions.
