The rooms were clean, lovely, and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. It's around a 15-minute walk to the city, with a bus stop around the corner that goes into the center. The road outside is busy, which might bother light sleepers, though we're used to city noise and it didn't trouble us. The hairdryer kept cutting out, but we'd brought our own, so we were fine.

The hotel was very clean, and the reception staff were polite and welcoming. Our room stayed at a comfortable temperature, and they had left us a small gift of assorted herbal teas on the bed. Such a thoughtful touch. The street is peaceful, and it's easy to get to the Arno River and public transport from here.

The room had a little fridge stocked with water and cookies, and there was plenty of Italian charm throughout. The staff were friendly, too. After checkout we could leave our bags in a room by reception, and there was even a small toilet available for guests. We'd definitely book again.

The hotel is well looked after, the rooms are warm, and everyone on staff has been friendly and helpful. We're heading away for a few days, then coming straight back. Ciao!

Fabio at reception was kind and really helpful. He went over my itinerary, called taxis for me, and shared some excellent recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, and the location worked perfectly for all the places I wanted to reach on foot.
