The host was very available and quick to respond, and our room was clean and organized. The air conditioning was super strong, which was great since it was over 100 degrees every day. A really nice stay in Florence.

A beautiful, cosy room, and the tram made it very well connected to the train station. The staff were nice and always available.

The staff communicated really well and were so helpful. One of them made us feel at home. The place was very clean and well located, and the shared kitchen had everything we needed.

The balcony was my favorite part, with an easy view of the park across the way. The room was big and comfortable, and I was happy with the bathroom too. Check-in is automated, but the property team has made the process guest-friendly. I was impressed by the kitchen. I had a wonderful stay and recommend this apartment.
