Flospirit - Bellini

The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with enough space for two, and worth the price. Staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful. They let us leave our luggage after checkout, so we didn’t have to carry it around before our coach. There can be some street noise, but you don’t come to Florence to spend all your time in the room. I recommend the place and would return to see what I missed this time.

Angela was lovely and very helpful. She even gave us a list of places to visit that day. It’s a clean, good-value hotel, close to buses and trams for getting into the center, though the walk takes about 25 minutes. Breakfast was just a hot croissant and machine coffee. It would’ve been nice to use the dining area or back veranda to socialize, but that’s only a suggestion, not a complaint. Everything else was good.

Everyone was friendly, and they stayed up for us when we arrived late. The room sometimes felt a little cold. It’s a decent Florence base, not far from the center: the bus stop going in is almost 500 meters away, and on the way back the bus drops you right on the hotel street. I recommend it!

For three of us staying two nights, the room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for sleeping. It was all clean, the bathroom was spacious, and breakfast was good with enough variety.
