The service was wonderful, and it’s a very secure place in a beautiful old hotel. The building’s age explains why the rooms feel a little dated, and I’d happily stay again. We did have a couple of problems: the toilet in my daughter’s room didn’t work, and neither did the TV in ours. Still, it was incredibly bellisimo!

The reception team made the stay especially nice. They were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean and well kept, and the location made it easy to get around. I had a great time and would definitely come back.

From the hotel, it’s a 20-minute walk to the main train station, while lots of good restaurants, bars, and cafes are nearby and easy to reach on foot. The building itself is beautiful and charming. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and super clean. I’d highly recommend it.

The wifi was HORRIBLE. During our three-night stay, they didn’t clean either the room or the bathroom at all.

I’d read complaints about dirty rooms and not being able to get more shampoo, but none of that was true for us. Our room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and there was extra shampoo in the hallway. They also have baby beds you can borrow. The location is really close to the sights. As for the old building and bathrooms, it’s 500 years old, so what do people expect? It felt like an authentic glimpse of life 500 years ago, and I found that exciting.
