The rooftop decks have amazing views over old Florence, and the hotel is well placed for seeing the historic sites, about a 15-minute walk from the main ones. There’s a modern sauna, steam room, and pool. Our room was clean and comfortable. What really made the stay perfect, though, was the team. I started keeping a list of staff to praise individually, but it got too long because every person was extraordinary. Their warmth, courtesy, and flawless professionalism made a real difference. It’s a beautiful hotel, and I’ll stay here again on my next Firenze holiday.

Breakfast was delicious, served in a beautiful garden, and the rooftop lounge has a wonderful view of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, and our modern, spacious room made for a wonderful stay.

James was so friendly and helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations. The room was really comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. This has been our best experience in Italy so far. The hotel is amazing, and I’d really recommend it.

Parking was hassle-free: the staff took the car down to the underground garage. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned every day, and the wellness facilities were great, even for small children. The staff were helpful, and the location is excellent, around 20-25 minutes from the city center. We’ll definitely return.

We chose this place for our honeymoon and had a perfect experience. The rooms felt luxurious, and the staff kept going out of their way to make everything smooth and easy. The Jacuzzi on the terrace is well worth trying!
