We were thrilled with our boutique hotel stay at the Gallery Art Hotel in Florence last fall. Friends had recommended it, and it exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, our room and balcony were lovely, and the staff were warm, friendly, and truly helpful throughout. The hotel has art throughout, which gives it a lot of character, and the rooftop bar offers spectacular views over Florence, especially at sunset. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Its location by the Ponte Vecchio made it easy to walk everywhere. It’s also part of Ferragamo, with complimentary entry to the Ferragamo museum. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel, and would absolutely recommend it and return.

We were made to feel so welcome by Cristina, Filippo, and Salvatore. Their kindness and the attentive service really made our trip special. The location is excellent, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.

Just 50 metres from Ponte Vecchio, and the decor has a lovely art theme. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and good value. What stood out most, though, was the people. Everyone, from the Manager onward, was professional, kind, and ready to help.

We’ve stayed at Gallery Hotel Art three times now and keep coming back. The location is great, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop bar for its view and friendly staff. Michele, Roberto and Lucca were kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, a good shower, and nice linens. The afternoon tea and apples were a welcome little extra.

Right by Ponte Vecchio and surrounded by small independent retailers, so the setting is hard to beat. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the security was on point, making sure people didn’t just wander in. It’s a great boutique hotel, and having its own rooftop bar is a bonus.
