A little away from the center, which makes the area quieter, and still an excellent location. The apartment is clean, bright and spacious, with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. There’s a very good restaurant nearby, along with a great pasticceria for breakfast. The owner was attentive and quick to respond. Valentina, our contact the day before, was very helpful too, sharing advice on getting to the airport, luggage storage options and where to buy truffles. A good find.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the location made it easy to get around. There are fun bars and restaurants nearby, and the main attractions aren't far away.

The apartment was clean, and all the appliances worked. We also had two bathrooms, which was handy with teenagers, and two air conditioners, much appreciated in this hot summer. The hosts, a father and son, were friendly and easy to reach in English or Italian, and they welcomed us with a bottle of Chianti. It's on a quiet one-way street, with everything we needed to do in Florence within walking distance. We had a great family holiday, though we could easily have stayed longer, there was still so much to see in Florence and the surrounding area. Definitely recommended.

The owner was so kind and available whenever we needed anything, and the apartment felt welcoming and like home. This was our second stay at Gina Guest House, for a special occasion, and once again it was a pleasure. The place is well maintained, with distinctive furnishings and every comfort. It's in a quiet area, about a 10-minute walk from the center. Florence is beautiful.
