We’ve never met a more hospitable host. So kind and helpful, and they gave us a map marked with lots of Florence tips worth checking out. There was coffee and croissants, plus a bottle of delicious Tuscan wine. Just an amazing stay.

The owner was so friendly and gave us lots of useful tips for Florence. They left snacks and wine for us, too. The room was spacious with a vintage feel, and the location was good, with a really tasty restaurant right around the corner.

The beds were comfortable, and our room was big. The guy who helped us was lovely and answered all our questions. It’s on the third floor, but there’s a lift. A calm, quiet place to relax, though I wish it were closer to the city center. No complaints otherwise.

A spacious room with all kinds of amenities, and the owner was very cordial. It’s a good place to stay, though a little far from the station.

I booked online and tried to contact the property about check-in, as instructed, but the phone numbers listed on hotels(.)com and Google didn’t work. We went to the address in person in case there was a front desk, but there was nothing. The buttons for contacting the property were missing too, so we had no way to stay there. I wouldn’t recommend booking unless the owner or manager confirms they’re active.
