The couple who run this place are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are no frills but affordable, and I’d absolutely recommend it as a budget-friendly option in Florence. We were really happy with how central the location is! The WiFi is very slow, and there’s no A/C. I suspect much of Florence is the same to preserve the streets and buildings.

We had a good stay over three nights and loved how inexpensive and clean the place was. It’s close to all the usual attractions, and there are lots of resources to help you get around Florence. Alessio gave us an amazing guide for seeing Florence in three days, with good food recommendations and tourist attractions. I think they’re pretty transparent about what they offer, and some people exaggerate in their reviews. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

I was on a tight budget in Florence, and the single room here turned out much better than a hostel. The little room was sweet, and I was pleasantly surprised by how charming the hotel felt, with character and an old, authentic Italy feel. Sharing a bathroom was the only downside, but it was extremely clean and not a big deal. The couple who run the place are super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood makes it easy to get anywhere in Florence, and it’s a quick walk from the station. I’d definitely stay again!

The hosts are wonderful, know the area well, and are happy to answer any questions. This independent hotel in Firenze has a great location, with everywhere you’d want to visit in Florence within walking distance. A short walk over the bridge takes you to a less touristy area that’s great for food. Couldn’t ask for better.
