The rooms were big and comfortable, and having an empty minibar meant I could buy drinks elsewhere and keep them cold. We arrived before check-in time, but our room was already ready. The staff are very kind. Even though they work until 20hs, they give you a key card and an actual key so you can come and go whenever you want. The location is great, within walking distance of everything, including the train station. The price is ok!! We didn’t get breakfast, but it’s very cheap, so I’d try it next time.

The room was great, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom that had a very nice sink, shower, and toilet. Staff were super nice and spoke to me in English. My midnight arrival from the airport was handled easily, and getting there via the metro line was incredibly simple. On checkout day, they held my bag until the evening and let me wait in the lobby for my train. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Although the staff were very friendly and the hotel is close to major tourist sites, the room made our stay in Florence pretty unpleasant. It was cramped and stuffy, the toilet cover was broken when we arrived, and the shower sprayed everywhere. Most importantly, there was mold. We both got sick, and I was quite happy to check out. The pictures made the room look like an average clean space, not especially large but decent. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Emma gave us helpful restaurant ideas and told us which bus to take, number 13, to piazza Michelangelo. It was a well-spent 1.5 euros! She welcomed us at check-in and said goodbye when we left, with great customer service and kindness. Our room was large and spacious, and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. We had breakfast every morning, and it was good, with such friendly staff. The location was just right, a short walk from the centre and in a nice, quiet area in the evening. Florence was a magical city! The Hotel cosmos was superb.
