The location is what makes this hotel appealing. Reception staff were friendly, though we didn't interact with them much, and the room was cleaned each day. Ours was a good size, but the peeling wallpaper and stale smell made clear it needs renovation. It was a little odd that there seemed to be two hotels in the same place with the same entrance. Be aware that they work until 9pm. We made it just minutes before closing; I hadn't seen this in Booking, and if our flight had been even a bit late, we wouldn't have been able to check in. I'm unsure I'd choose the hotel again, but I'd choose the location.

The location was great, but it means nothing when the place is dirty and such a rip off. We paid $600 Australian for two nights. The bathrooms were mouldy and dirty, and the whole place felt cheap and grimy. Even at its hottest, the water was only lukewarm during winter. Awful stay, I wouldn't come back.

It's near the station, but the room was very dark and had a funky smell. Wallpaper was peeling, and the shower needs maintenance and stronger water pressure. The hotel is on a busy road, so traffic noise is unavoidable.

The staff were all friendly and really helpful, and the location couldn't be better for getting to the train, buses, shops, and restaurants. We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Deco. Thanks so much! Leanne & Brett - Australia

We had a really pleasant stay. It's well placed for public transport and everything Florence has to offer, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
