The family who run Hotel Jolì, including the woman we met there, were genuinely lovely and made us feel welcome throughout our three-night stay. Breakfast was very nice every morning, and I had the best tiramisu I’ve ever tasted. Our room was spacious and extremely clean, and the bathroom spotless. It’s an easy walk from the rail and bus stations and several Florence attractions. Highly recommend this charming place.

Giuseppe and Chiara made my stay feel warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was decent. The hotel is close to Santa Maria Novella station, with the major sights within walking distance.

The reception lady was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. For a Florence weekend, the room was spacious and the air conditioning powerful, although there was an occasional odd smell. The location is convenient, but being so close to the train station means there are a few suspicious people around.

Our room at Hotel Joli was spacious and really clean. We had to leave early on checkout day and missed breakfast, but the host gave us a chocolate cornetto, the best I’ve ever had. I’d gladly stay at Hotel Joli again, and definitely want to try breakfast there.🥹

We spent one night here after Rome and found a good, very clean room with plenty of space and all the necessary accessories and supplies. The location is great, very close to the train station. Staff greeted us warmly and kindly kept our luggage after checkout. The older gentleman at reception didn’t know English, but called someone who could understand us. He was very friendly and even insisted we take some coffee and salads from the kitchen. He might have been a family member of the owners. I’d highly recommend it to visitors who want to be near the city center and train station.
