Hotel Settefiori

It was quiet inside at night even though our room faced the main road. The room was a good size, nicely done, with a desk, good lighting and a comfortable bed. Staff were pleasant and attentive. There's a small breakfast for a small extra charge, about what you'd pay at a nearby cafe for the same things. The location is great, close to the Duomo, Uffizi and other sights, and about a five-minute walk from the train station. The price was very reasonable compared with similar options when we booked. Pretty much everything about the stay was great. I'd definitely book again if we return to Florence.

We stayed in a family suite with two bedrooms that fit our family of four, and the rooms were spacious with simple, elegant decor. This is a gorgeous, brand-new boutique hotel in the heart of Florence's historic center, with major sights, restaurants and shops just minutes away. The owners and staff are lovely and speak excellent English, and the whole place has a cozy, family feel. There's a small spot for a quick coffee and pastry at breakfast, or a decent Negroni for a nightcap. The hotel feels authentic and thoughtfully put together. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

We were a family of four on a last-minute trip, and Georgio and Matthew welcomed us with warmth and care when we arrived. The service was exceptional, and the hotel is in a great location, a hidden treasure right in the heart of Florence. It had opened just four weeks earlier, so the rooms were brand new and very clean. I'd highly recommend it.

Lovely location, and the owner and staff are really nice. I'd recommend the coffee and brioche in the morning.
