Silvana was quick to help whenever we needed something, including restaurant recommendations. We spent four nights at her home and had a perfect stay. The apartment is roomy, comfortable, and nicely furnished, in a pleasant neighborhood near the town center. It worked well for relaxing and exploring, and we’d happily stay again. Highly recommended!
For three months, Silvana and her family were incredibly helpful, and the apartment has become our first choice if we return to Florence. It has all the facilities you need, and Silvana is lovely. The tram gets you to the center in at most 10 minutes, and there’s a big coop store close by. We got really attached to the area and liked living among local Florentines instead of being surrounded by tourists. If you stay here, I’d recommend the café by the tram, Bar Pasticceria Caldana, just two minutes away 😊.
We had a great time here. The room was well equipped, the owner helpful, and the price affordable. It’s also easy to reach the city center by tram. A very good base for visiting Florence, highly recommended.
I’ve stayed in this apartment many times over the years and have known the owners a long time. They’re kind and attentive to every guest, and really go out of their way. The place is spacious and comfortable, with an elevator, air conditioning, and excellent Wi-Fi. It’s in a lovely, quiet part of Florence with good connections. You can walk to the historic center in 20-30 minutes, and the new tram line nearby gets you to the center in five minutes or to the airport. Works well for a holiday or a medium to long stay.
The owners were very kind, and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and spacious, with an easy tram ride to the city center.
