Kairos By Florence Art Apartments

The 10am checkout was the biggest drawback for us, especially with kids on a winter Sunday. Hot water also didn’t last very long, enough for one reasonably short shower at a time, but no more. Otherwise, this apartment was immaculate, spacious and comfortable, with a nice design and all the essentials. I liked having both a coffee machine and an electric kettle, since places often seem to have one or the other, and the little touches like slippers were nice. The location is convenient in central Florence, and the well soundproofed windows kept outside noise from bothering us. It was one of the few places that actually lived up to, or even exceeded, its very nice online photos. Some of the best accommodation I’ve had, certainly in Europe.

The host was kind and very helpful, and having a washer and dryer was really useful. The place is modern and well located, though it can be a bit noisy in the heart of Florence, as you’d expect. We had a one-bedroom apartment. With more than two people, someone has to use the sofa bed, which isn’t very comfortable and makes the space feel cramped. Also, since this isn’t a hotel, there’s no room cleaning or room service.

Great location, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, with very high ceilings.

We were a family of five and spent three nights at Kairos by Florence Art during our recent Italy vacation. We wished we could have stayed longer. Silvia and Sofia were a pleasure to deal with at check-in and check-out, and they responded quickly to all our questions. The Front Desk was actually staffed, something we hadn’t experienced at our other apartments on the trip. We were even welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine. The apartment was modern, clean and spacious, and the showers were large, with shelves for toiletries, unlike some others we’d had in Italy. The location was fantastic, close to the Uffizi Gallery and Gelateria Neri. I’d highly recommend Kairos by Florence Art apartments, and we’ll book here again if we return to Florence.
