The breakfast selection was limited, but the help-yourself items were pleasant enough. The housekeeper made sure we had a fantastic stay, even folding the jumper I’d left over a chair. Our lovely room had portraits of a man and woman, and its window looked onto the Piazza. Each morning we woke up to a little glimpse of busy central Florence. It’s a delightful B&B in an incredibly convenient location. If I came back to Florence, I wouldn’t need to look anywhere else.

The included breakfast was great, with prepared food as well as eggs made how you like and pancakes. The staff were phenomenal, and the housekeepers were sweet and did a wonderful job cleaning. The location is hard to beat, right in Pizza Republicca, easy to reach by taxi with a taxi stand nearby, and surrounded by Firenze’s greatest attractions. Check-in was simple with the keypad, and I was greeted warmly. It was a quiet week in October and the B&B was pretty empty, so they were kind enough to upgrade me to the largest room, the one facing piazza republicca. The other rooms don’t face the piazza. The rooms were all well appointed. One of the best hotel and B&B experiences I’ve had, and I can’t recommend this place enough!

The room was spacious, and check-in, cleanliness, and the staff were all great. Breakfast was just OK. We were in the largest room facing the piazza, and there was barely any sink space for toiletries. It also got really noisy at night, so we didn't sleep well. Bring earplugs and enjoy your stay!

We had a lovely room with a great view, though being right on the main square means it isn't quiet. The place is stylish and right in the heart of the city. Francesco was a very helpful host who speaks good English and Russian, and breakfast was very nice too.
