The service is what sets Hotel Kraft apart. After a missed flight connection left us without a place to stay, Elisabeth arranged an early accommodation and airport pickup. When my wife became ill, Alesandra was sympathetic and helped us find a capable English-speaking doctor who came to the hotel. The staff are warm, gracious, and professional. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed, carefully maintained, and spotless. The location is a good balance, close to things of interest but far enough from crowds and noise. Breakfast is spectacular for both quality and variety. Hotel Kraft gets my highest recommendation.

The rooftop dining and pool were stunning, and we loved what the hotel had to offer. Robert and his restaurant team were top-notch. Everyone we encountered was polite and helpful from check-in until we left, and made the whole stay wonderful. Our room was beautiful and well kept, with daily turndown service. As a family of four, we fit perfectly with one large bed and two small ones for the kids. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a spacious, comfortable room with a balcony, kept impeccably clean. The hotel is peaceful and a pleasant walk from the city center. Parking was easy at a garage two blocks away. Reception staff were courteous and professional, and breakfast staff were as well. The terrace has a lovely view over the historic city center. I’d be delighted to stay again on a future visit.

A delightful boutique hotel in a really quiet spot, a welcome breather from Venice’s hustle and bustle. It’s easy to walk everywhere from here. The rooftop restaurant is lovely, with great food and service.

We picked Hotel Kraft for our first family trip to Florence after reading the great reviews, and we’re so glad we did. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, still a pleasant walk from the city center. The staff welcomed us warmly and were friendly, happy to chat and help with questions. They were wonderful with our kids, making them feel included and comfortable. We can warmly recommend it.
