The owners were helpful and kind, and communication was easy. We had a lovely breakfast with plenty of coffee, and our spacious, clean room was really comfortable. The place is surrounded by nature, just outside the city center, and it’s in a pleasant little town with an outdoor market in the square, though I’m not sure whether it runs every day. There are also cafes and restaurants within walking distance. You can get there by bus from the city center without a car; it drops you at the bottom of the hill. If you have luggage, it’s worth telling the bnb, since they may be able to pick you up if you don’t want to walk uphill. I’d definitely return. Thanks so much!

Casa Rosa is in a picturesque spot, about 15 minutes by car from the city center. We had a wonderful weekend there this October. The hosts were helpful and accommodating, and the modern rooms were especially clean and spacious. We’ll definitely be back!

My son and I came from Canada and spent three nights at this gorgeous BNB and property. Mateo and Pietro, their lovely sons, run and own it with their father. Their own wine is delicious, so be sure to buy some! ❣️❣️

Matteo was such a good host, friendly and helpful, and he made a tasty breakfast. The accommodation was clean, beautiful, and well maintained, with everything thoughtfully arranged. We felt very comfortable there.

The biggest drawback is the walk up and down the hill. The road is very narrow, unlit, and felt quite sketchy, which could be a dealbreaker for some. The B&B itself is lovely, though, and the two brothers who run it are wonderful hosts who help with whatever you need. We stayed three days at La Casa Rosa during a Florence stop. It’s on a hill near Galluzzo and works well for exploring the city on foot and by bus. The rooms, floors, and grounds were clean, quiet, and nicely furnished. Breakfast was incredible, though the limited choices might not suit everyone. It’s a great base for seeing Florence and the surrounding area, with incredible people running it.
