La Luna Guesthouse

La Luna Guesthouse is well placed for exploring on foot. The main attractions are about a 10-minute walk away, but the guesthouse sits outside the busy tourist bustle. Our room was spacious enough for the larger bags we had after traveling around Europe for a long time. Riccardo kindly helped us carry them inside. Everything was clean, and our private bathroom and shower were comfortable with plenty of room. The bed was comfortable too, and the pillows were excellent. Riccardo was kind and very responsive to my questions before the trip. When we arrived, he talked us through the sights, scenic viewpoints, places to eat, and good routes for a run. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend La Luna to other people visiting Florence. His hospitality was fantastic.

Riccardo clearly loves his city and takes care to help visitors have a great time. He shared lots of useful suggestions for getting the most out of Florence. He's a delight and an exceptional host who really loves what he does. The room was clean and comfortable, with the coolest Florentine art and decor across the walls and ceiling. We slept comfortably both nights of our stay.

Riccardo was incredibly welcoming. He came downstairs to meet us when we arrived, helped with our luggage, patiently explained what we needed to know, and showed us how the door locks worked. He gave us the biggest and best room, and we were amazed when we walked in. It was spacious, spotless, and beautifully arranged, with a large modern bathroom and toilet and brand-new facilities. We couldn't believe a place this nice was available at that price. He also marked routes around Florence and local restaurant recommendations on a map for us. Thanks to his help, we had a wonderful three days. It's the best place I've ever stayed, and Riccardo is the best host I've met.

Mr. Riccardo made our first day easier by giving us a map with key sights and good-value restaurants for delicious Italian food. He was also a fantastic, helpful host, and communication with him was excellent. The apartment itself was comfortable, spotless, and nicely furnished, with a great location. It met everything we expected, and we'd happily return to Florence someday. Highly recommend it.
