Absolutely fantastic stay. The cleaner will even come in with the key still in the door while you're asleep and shout, “don't come in” 📷📷📷. If you're lucky, you'll hear next door having a domestic while lush’s pace the streets outside. Too good to be true for the price. Just lodge a chair between the doors at night, since the owners have access at all times, even with a key in the door, which usually makes it difficult to open a door 🥰😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

The location was the big plus, and for the price I’d stay again next time I’m in Florence. Our apartment was clean and roomy, though it was around the corner from the main building. The sofa bed was awful. The man who checked us in was friendly and suggested things to see and do.

You’re right beside Ponte Vecchio, and our room looked out over the bridge and river. The room felt dated, though: the air conditioning didn’t work, the toilet was noisy, and the bed squeaked. If you go in expecting a lower room standard in exchange for that location, you won’t be disappointed.

The mattress was the worst part of the stay. It was poor quality and creaked whenever I moved, so I barely slept. The bathroom also looked old and not very clean. When we arrived, we were taken to a different location; finding the hotel had been difficult, and then she had us walk another five minutes through the crowd. That wasn’t even the worst of it. Staff were hard to reach by phone and weren’t very friendly, and they wanted €10 to hold our bags. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
