La Terrazza di Jenny b&b

The room was clean and tidy, and the arrangements for reaching the first-floor apartment were easy to follow. It was also easy to find with maps. The common room was available all day, and we ate breakfast there each morning. The wonderful lady made us fresh Cappuccino every morning, along with a fresh croissant, bacon, eggs, and the usual breakfast items. The Metro/tram stop is very close, and tapping on with a credit card was simple, costing less than €2.00.

Jenny made us feel like guests in her home and was very accommodating. She even asked what we'd like for breakfast every morning. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and very clean. The main attractions are within a 20-minute walk, and Mercato Centrale is 10 minutes away. This was hands-down our favorite place of the whole Italy trip. Thanks, Jenny!

Coffee and tea were always available, and the cute Xmas decorations were a nice touch. The room was spacious, with a handy bathroom, and everything felt comfortable and clean. The location is number 1, with everywhere easy to reach on foot. I enjoyed my stay, though I got the impression Jenny might have been friendlier with me if I knew Italian. I saw her chatting with Italian guests and checking on her phone while I was there. Grazie!

I booked through booking with free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. The owner asks you to send an ID photo over WhatsApp before giving you the check-in instructions, but that request only arrives after the free cancellation period has ended. I consider this predatory, and believe it goes against Italian rules and regulations as well as GDPR rules.
