The area felt safe and pleasant, and it was about a 10-minute walk to the train station. The place itself was simple, affordable, and clean, with a soft, comfortable bed. They also accommodated our late arrival after we told them ahead of time. We only saw the host when we checked out. Breakfast was a packaged croissant, coffee, and sweet bread; one morning it came after 9, so we had to eat out because we were leaving early, while the other day it was ready at 8:30. A couple of drawbacks: the showerhead couldn't be fixed in place, so we had to hold it, and opening the window let in too much traffic noise.

The room was in really poor condition, especially the bathroom. The man, and the woman in particular, behaved badly and seemed very irresponsible. They may also charge you for things you shouldn't have to pay for. Staying here could cost you time as well as money. If you want to enjoy Florence, I'd look for somewhere else.

It's an apartment-style hotel, fine if you'll mostly be out exploring instead of spending time in the room. The night noise made it harder to rest. Firenze SMN station is around a 10-15 minute walk away.

Just basic accommodation, and the bathroom was tiny with a broken toilet. There wasn't any parking either. I'm not going into the communication problems with the landlord.

The photos didn't show the room we actually got, and I think they'd even been Photoshopped. The room felt like a crematorium and had mosquitoes; the TV was tiny and barely had any volume. Breakfast was basically nonexistent, just tarts and croissants in packets. The bathroom was about a square meter, windowless, and the toilet was behind the door. Our double bed was two single mattresses pushed together. The towels were stained on day one, so I told the manager. The next day there was only one bath towel and a little hand towel, and on day three we got two small towels but no bath towel at all. Maybe drying off after a shower is unusual for them. Don't bother staying here. Total waste of money.
