Lorenzo was super friendly, met me at the entrance, and shared tourist information. Whenever my sister or I had questions or needed help during our stay, he replied to my messages at any time and never hesitated to help. The apartment was tidy and clean, fully equipped, with a comfortable bed, and in a quiet area. It's close to Florence's top attractions and convenient for all our needs. My sister and I loved staying here and recommend it to friends and relatives back home. Lorenzo gave me awesome memories in Florence. I'll definitely visit again and again, in the same apartment with the same owner.

I came back as promised and loved it again. The charming apartment and Lorenzo as a host exceeded my expectations. I felt safe and welcomed, and I'll be making a third visit soon 🙂

The owner was lovely, but the apartment was awful. The windows didn't open, and although it says patio and courtyard, there isn't one. Outside was a filthy, disgusting sheet that blocked the view, so I couldn't even tell what the weather was. The TV didn't work and there's no carpark. Dust was thick on the window sills, ceiling, and all the pictures on the walls. The shower was tiny, there was loud music from downstairs, and the oven was caked in grease. I couldn't wait to get home. It was a holiday from hell, nothing like the photos. I have the real photos of the place.

Lorenzo is friendly and helpful. The apartment's size and its proximity to the Duomo make the very reasonable price all the more appealing. Excellent location.
