The host was really friendly and helpful, and even gave us a small upgrade. Our room was practical, with a mini kitchenette we didn't end up using. It was quiet, but we could still walk to all the sights. A great base for seeing Florence, right in the center.

The owner was very kind, and the room was clean, so I felt comfortable staying there. My one issue was the noise outside: people talking late at night could still be heard loudly even with the windows shut.

The hostess was so kind and ready to help with anything we needed. She even offered us breakfast, although it wasn't included in the room price. The place was quiet, renovated, and very clean, and the value for money was excellent. I highly recommend it.

We found plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by, and the station was nearby too. Many of the tourist sights are an easy walk from this great location.
