The room was clean and came with a complimentary bottle of champagne, and breakfast at an outdoor café was good. The location was very good too. But I had expected a hotel with a regular reception. Instead, the owner handled everything and seemed overwhelmed. I couldn't give an exact arrival time because we were at a wedding, yet he kept asking me for one. I still had to wait outside the building for 10-15 minutes before he sent all the information through WhatsApp. For this kind of service, I found it expensive.

This feels more like an apartment in a condominium than a traditional hotel, with no reception and entry codes on the doors. The location is perfect, and the room was cozy and clean, with kind, helpful staff. Breakfast was at a café near the Dome, about a 15 minute walk away, and the food was delicious. Driving there is costly: nearby parking starts at 32 EUR per day, and the room is inside a limited traffic zone.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the place. The rooms were extremely clean, towels were changed every day, and we could see the river from our window. Breakfast was tasty and just a few meters away, though it wasn't served in the room facilities. Parking costs 38€ per day, but it's only 100m from the rooms. We couldn't have picked a better spot in the heart of Florence!

We left the car parked before entering the restricted area. The apartment was modern and well equipped. Breakfast was nice, served about a 10 minute walk away in the city center, beside Duomo.
