The apartment was clean, had all the equipment we needed, and was in a very convenient spot for exploring Florence on foot. All the major attractions were an easy walk away. We drove, and the owner recommended parking right next door. It worked out just as promised, with no surprises or stress. A couple of small drawbacks: an extra socket by the beds would be handy, the dehumidifier in one room was a bit noisy at night, and the Wi-Fi was kind of weak. None of that spoiled the stay. A comfortable, no-fuss place in the city center, highly recommended.

The apartment was comfortable, lovely, and clean, with fresh towels and reliable Wi-Fi. Having three TVs was a nice extra. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The bedroom gets no light at all. At 4 p.m. it was still dark, and the window faces the back of the building. The place feels like a cold, damp basement, and the sofa bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There's no Wi-Fi or phone service. I've never met the owners, so if you need anything, you have to write and hope they respond.
