We had a lovely stay in the garden room, which was great, and the views from the room were wonderful, especially from the jacuzzi. Breakfast was great too. It's close to central Florence, with the main attractions reachable by bus or on foot.

The rooms are huge, and having a private terrace and garden was a lovely touch. Watching the sun set from the hot tub above Florence's rooftops was special. A beautiful stay, and I'd happily come back.

We booked the rooftop jacuzzi for 80 euros per 45 minutes, including prosecco, and it was lovely at sunset. The cover structure was in front of the view, though, so to see the rooftops or sunset we had to stand or kneel. The pool area is small but nice, and you can use the courtyard and rooftop seating anytime. The hotel was listed as two stars, but it felt like more. It's in a great location, about a 15-minute walk to the city center. Our spacious room was lovely and clean, with robes and slippers. It smelled a little damp when we arrived, but was better the next day. Bedroom 2 was next to the bathroom serving the breakfast area, so there was some noise if you slept in, including breakfast setup. It only lasted a short while and didn't bother us much. Overall, a good experience and worth booking.

It felt like having our own apartment, with front desk service available around the clock. We had everything we needed, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. There are two coffee capsules included, then each extra one costs just 0.50 euros. The outdoor area is beautiful, spread over several levels, and has incredible views. The pool is clean and lovely, and be sure to reserve the hot tub. We didn't try the breakfast or restaurant, though both looked nice. The place is quiet and outside the touristy area, but still a short walk from everything. We'd stay again.
