The host made us feel very welcome. When we arrived, he told us about Florence’s sights and suggested lots of great restaurants, which helped make the trip enjoyable and easy. The room was spotless and comfortable, with strong air conditioning to keep us cool. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had lovely pressure. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to other travelers.

The host gave us lots of ideas for food and things to do, which helped us enjoy and appreciate the city. The service was outstanding, and the room was impeccably clean. I wish we could have stayed a few more nights. Highly recommend this place.

Claudio, the owner, was incredibly friendly and recommended several places we really enjoyed. The room was clean and cozy, and I’d stay here again next time I’m in Florence. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the train station, with a supermarket, McDonald’s, and KFC close by. They also provided slippers, which most hotels on our Europe trip didn’t, and complimentary bottled water. Such a thoughtful touch, and it made our stay enjoyable!

We stayed five nights across three different rooms. Each one was modernized, nicely decorated, clean, and cozy, and the central train station was just a four-minute walk away. Claudio was super helpful, friendly, and caring. He managed the guesthouse’s daily operations and also gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend the place to our friends.

Claudio and the team made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after. The room was cozy and had what we needed, and getting in with self check-in was easy. We liked that N7 Rooms is close to the centre but quiet enough to unwind after walking around Florence. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully set up. We had a lovely stay and would come back.
