The breakfast was good, with plenty of hot and cold choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, and the hotel is close to the airport. But a taxi costs around 30 euros each way because of extra fees, and we paid another 20 euros to reach a nearby restaurant since nothing was open around the hotel. At check-in the staff were fine, but they were incredibly rude when my family mistakenly used the pool. Nobody had told us it was closed, despite the 32-degree weather, and there were no signs warning guests. The pool had been treated with intense chlorine. Both my young children went in, and nobody apologized for not telling us it was closed.

Breakfast was a strong point, with a good selection, but the dining room seemed too small for the number of guests. Staff encouraged people to finish quickly to make room for others, which made it hard to enjoy a relaxed meal. Our room was also cramped, especially once we opened our luggage. The beds felt small for someone of average height, around 5’9”, and one had a very thin mattress that made it hard to sleep well. The stay had some pleasant parts, but the room space, bedding, and breakfast atmosphere affected our comfort. I’d rate it 2.5 out of 5 stars.

The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, and the hotel is in a strategic spot near the autostrada. The staff were professional and kind. Breakfast deserves a special mention for its wide variety of high-quality food. Letizia was so attentive, kind, and cheerful that she made us feel at home. I enjoyed my stay and recommend the hotel. Thank you!

The room was spacious and good, and the reception staff were nice and helped us on a couple of occasions. The main drawback is getting around: the hotel is near the airport but far from the city center and Florence's main station. There’s no shuttle, so you rely heavily on taxis or a rental car. The hotel can call taxis on priority, but arranging them is still a task.

Check-in on May 19th 2026 was very disappointing because of an employee. At first they couldn’t find our reservation, and when they did, the details in the system were wrong. I was finishing a conversation with my travel companion and didn’t hear him ask for my passport right away. I handed it over, but he was still rude and disrespectful. When I explained I simply hadn’t heard him, he said things like, “How is that my problem?” and “Do not complain.” He was mocking and dismissive toward me and my three friends throughout the interaction. Jean Michel walked away from the desk, so the team leader had to step in and help us. I know hospitality can be stressful, but there’s no excuse for treating guests this way. Basic respect and professionalism should be expected, especially at check-in.
