We especially loved how well Federica handled special requests, and even our dog was warmly welcomed and looked after. Breakfast was generous, varied, and delicious. The room was spotless, comfortable, exceptionally spacious, and everything felt well maintained. Communication with Federica was wonderful from the start. She was kind, responsive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The location was great for exploring Florence while still feeling peaceful. Her hospitality made the visit memorable, and we can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Federica at reception was always kind and ready to help, and Ertilla served a fresh, high-quality breakfast with a smile and so much care. The place is beautiful, cozy, and well looked after, so we felt comfortable right away. 6Highly recommended, I’d definitely return!

Federica gave us such a warm, helpful welcome, and breakfast was excellent, both the service and the quality. Incanto is completely new, with elegant rooms and a lovely bathroom. The bathtub was a real highlight. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so pleasant. We’d definitely come back.

The fresh juices at breakfast, served by a very nice lady, were especially good. Breakfast overall was good, though it would’ve been nice to have fresh vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, or lettuce. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the neighborhood was quiet. Our clean, comfortable room had enough space to avoid feeling cramped, and the bathroom was laid out comfortably. The Old Town is about 2 kilometers away, a 20-minute walk for us, though that distance might be an issue for some. We had a great weekend in Florence and can recommend the place with confidence.

Federica at the front desk deserves a mention. She was caring and always smiling, and the staff overall were respectful. The place had a calm, quiet feel. I’ve no complaints, but a non-slip mat in the spa and some tea or water there would be nice additions.
