Florence was beautiful, and the locals were so warm to us. We had a wonderful week at this peaceful, clean residence, with friendly customer service and a perfect location. The only thing that needs fixing is the creaky upstairs beds. Warmly recommend the residence and its people. Thank you! Family from Finland 🇫🇮

We spent more than a month at Piccolo Residence Apartments, and we loved it. The location on Via Ricasoli is incredible, just steps from the Duomo but far enough away to feel private. There are great restaurants nearby, including one of the city’s top gelato places, a grocery store that sells ice, and a café right next door at number 21 with delicious croissants. The apartments have air conditioning, a fridge with freezer, small stove, sink, small smart TV, a very large bathroom, kitchen table, and all the dishes you need. The cleaning staff are so sweet, and the owner, Taro, is truly kind. From booking and arrival through the stay and departure, the Piccolo staff exceeded every expectation. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We wouldn’t choose anywhere else and can’t wait to return to Florence!

We’d happily stay at Piccolo Apart Residence again and recommend it to friends. The apartment was spacious, air conditioned, and had all the amenities we needed. The host communicated well and was very accommodating. It’s in a perfect Florence location, close to both the Duomo and Galleria dell'Accademia.

Everything in the city centre is just a few minutes’ walk away, including the sightseeing attractions. The apartment was very nice, and the host was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The WiFi was fast, and it’s a great place in a great location. My room didn’t have cold water, though. If you’ve got large luggage, be prepared to carry it up some stairs.
