We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is beautifully designed, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s surprisingly spacious compared with typical local apartments, while still being close to the city center. A paid parking area is just a short walk away.

The courtyard in the middle was lovely, and our room was so quiet, with no street noise. The place is clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and towel warmer. Check-in was easy and access felt secure. The apartments are fully modern while still keeping the Italian charm we love. The AC kept the room cool all day and night. It’s a perfect location, just a 6-minute walk to Santa Maria Del Fiore, with all kinds of restaurants, bars, and pubs nearby. I’d recommend this place 10000%, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The apartment was comfortable, stylish, clean, and nicely decorated, with plenty of room to relax and a great shower. Check-in was easy, and communication was quick, though we never needed help. The location was perfect. We could hear the tenants upstairs quite a bit, but that’s no one’s fault.

The building is an old one that’s been completely renovated, and it’s been done very nicely. It has about 15 rooms with self-check-in and check-out. There’s a lift, though some floors are between levels and still require a few steps. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated, and the city-center location puts the main attractions within a 5-15 minute walk. There’s a medium-sized supermarket and plenty of good restaurants nearby. The name is a little misleading, though: these are rooms rather than apartments. There’s a small dining table and some utensils for breakfast, plus coffee and tea making, but no kitchen.
