What brings us back to Portrait Firenze is the way the team makes us feel like family. The Lifestyle Team is thoughtful, caring, and gives recommendations that are right on the mark. Our suite was gorgeous, spacious, carefully designed, and had two full bathrooms, making it feel more like a private home than a hotel. This stay was exceptional again. A big thank you to Caterina for the generous double upgrade, Mateo for his warm, impeccable service, and Becks for his great attention to detail. We also enjoyed meeting David and hearing about his adventures. That personal touch made the visit even more memorable.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the hotel had everything we needed, and the location is easily the best in the city. Portrait Firenze made our honeymoon special, and we’ll be back. Everything felt smooth and thoughtfully handled from the start. Modou welcomed us warmly, spoke our language, and was genuinely helpful and hospitable. Teresa at the front desk was so kind. She gave recommendations, researched places for us, kept in touch on WhatsApp, and showed us around the whole suite. This definitely won’t be our last stay.

Our Family Suite was cozy during the two days we stayed. The only small disappointment was that room 301 faced the back, so there was no view. Still, everything else was impeccable, and we’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Florence. It’s a rare gem among the city’s luxury hotels, and I’m glad we got to stay here. The place feels incredibly refined and high-end. The staff were polished in appearance, polite, warm, and chivalrous, which made us feel very comfortable.

We came back to this hotel after 10 years, and it was honestly amazing. The team welcomed us so warmly and were helpful throughout. The hospitality is on another level, and the service is even better. One of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in.
