The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped, with a functional kitchen, A/C and modern furnishings. Some details could be improved, but the staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and organized. It's handy for reaching Florence city center by bus, and the on-site parking is useful if you're arriving by car. A good-value option for short or longer stays, especially if you're after comfort, independence and easy transport without staying right in the busy historic center.

The rooms were clean, and getting in felt secure since we had to pass through several gates with codes. But the gap under the door made it feel like we were sleeping out on the street because of the noise. I had to buy earplugs to get to sleep the next night. It was hard to get answers from the host when we had questions. The location is fairly good, but you'll need a bus or tram ticket.

The rooms are roomy and clean, with fairly comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Mine had utensils, dishes, a two-burner stove, oven and kettle, plus an iron and ironing board, but no coffee-making equipment. The bathroom and shower were quite narrow, especially for larger people, though the water pressure was fine. The room also had a sliding kitchen door with a notice saying to contact reception before opening it. I missed the notice, and the door was unlocked. The hotel is good value and just a minute's walk from the T2 light rail stop, which goes directly to the city center and central station. Still, the street noise gets in, and the light rail passes every seven minutes from early morning until after midnight. Face mask and earplugs may help. Keeping the windows open wasn't an option, so the room got too hot and the air felt poor. The climate control display stays bright all night, and the blower unit's lit screen is awkwardly placed above the bed. There's no night mode. The check-in process needs to be more secure. An unknown number contacted me on WhatsApp after booking and asked several things, including for passport photos. In retrospect that could have been risky or a scam, though it was legitimate. Sensitive details should go through an encrypted portal or be handled in person, especially with no reception desk. I was quoted €466.62 for four nights on the receipt and confirmation, but my card was charged €510.62, probably because of an undisclosed cleaning fee. The only additional charge mentioned was a €50 fee in the elevator for leaving trash, but the dumpsters were locked and inaccessible. My stay was average, with a mix of positives and negatives.

The apartment had plenty of space for our weekend exploring Florence, and it was worth the price. The bedroom was massive, with lots of cupboard space for two people, and there was a living area and balcony too. The bathroom was a decent size compared with other places we've visited in Italy. My wife was happy with the pillows, but I found them too flat to sleep on comfortably. It's very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The place is close to the tram stop and not too far from Florence SMN Station. Thanks for a lovely stay, we had everything we needed.
